The London Show Choir was formed in the summer of 2017 by professional singers and musicians, Pippa Gearing and Lizzie Deane. With their warm, vibrant and humorous personas, and a wealth of experience of leading choirs in their own right, they have combined their skills and a shared passion for harmony.
The London Show Choir already have a vast repertoire with music from genres, including Musical Theatre, Soul, Jazz, Swing, and Classical. Through their dedication and commitment in rehearsals, they are fast becoming one of the go-to choirs in the industry.
They have already sung at several high profile charity events including The BMA Target Ovarian Cancer Concert, supporting Joanne Shaw Taylor and Sunday at the Musicals (Paul Burton Productions) where they shared a stage with Kerry Ellis, Brian Conley, Rosemary Ford and many more stars from London's West End. They recently performed at the London Landmarks Half Marathon for Cancer Research, belting out hits including Without Love (Hairspray), Tonight (West Side Story) and One Day More (Les Miserables) for the thousands of runners who quoted them as the highlight of the whole event.
The London Show Choir are currently supporting Kerry Ellis on her UK tour, plus marked 10th birthday celebrations on the pitch at Allianz Park, home of European rugby champions, Saracens. They are delighted to be performing at the Gordon Craig Theatre this summer with a live on stage band of top musicians and bringing along some very special guests!
