Terms & Conditions

DATA PROTECTION: We will record booking contact details at the time of booking to enable communication in the event of a cancellation. With consent, customer details will also be used to provide relevant information about forthcoming events at The Stevenage Arts & Leisure Centre. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, these details will not be shared with any third parties.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Smoking and the use of cameras or any kind of recording apparatus such as mobile phones is strictly prohibited in the auditorium. Latecomers may be asked to wait for a suitable pause in the programme before being shown to their seats. Changes to the programme, cast, seating and pricing are at the discretion of the management.

GROUP BOOKINGS: We welcome group bookings for any performance, and group discounts are available where stated. Group bookings will be held until one month before the performance date, or until a sell out, whichever is sooner. Please advise us if any of your group has specific access needs, or requires a wheelchair position. For further information please call the Group Sales Hotline on 01438 363200. Group bookings also receive an extended reservation period.

CONCESSIONS: Where offered, concession prices relate to under 16’s, full-time students, senior citizens, unwaged and the registered disabled. You may be asked for proof of your discount eligibility. A family ticket constitutes four tickets of which at least one must be an adult and one other must be a child. Only one discount can apply to a ticket. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

RESERVATIONS: Tickets may be reserved for 3 working days, without payment, subject to availability but must be confirmed with payment or cancelled no later than 24 hours before the performance. Any unpaid tickets not confirmed by this time will be released for sale.

BABES IN ARMS: (under 18 months) are generally only admitted for children’s shows and at our discretion. A ticket can be obtained from the Box Office at time of booking.

REFUNDS AND RE-SALES: We regret that tickets cannot be refunded unless a performance is postponed or cancelled. Only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Tickets may be accepted for re-sale, once a performance has sold out but there is no guarantee of sale. The face value of re-sold tickets will be held as a credit against the cost of any future ticket purchases. Printed tickets can be exchanged but only within the run of the same event. All exchanges and re-sales are subject to a 10% administration charge and at the management’s discretion.

METHODS OF PAYMENT: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, Electron, Switch and Solo are accepted. All credit card transactions are subject to a £1.50 administration charge. Cash and Gordon Craig Theatre gift vouchers are also accepted. Tickets will be held at the Box Office for collection or can be posted out for an additional charge of £1.00.
