The Box Office
The Box Office is open from 9.00am until 6:00pm Monday-Saturday on non-show days. On performance days we will remain open until 15 minutes after the start of the final performance. Sundays, we are open a minimum of one hour prior to the start of a performance and until 15 minutes after curtain up. Please be advised that 30 minutes prior to each performance in-person callers at the Box Office will be given priority over telephone callers.
Call our Box Office on 01438 363200 where one of our Sales Advisors will be happy to take your call. If you are calling regarding a group reservation of 10 or more, please call our dedicated Group Sales Hotline on 01438 363203. There is a £1.50 booking fee for every credit card transaction with an optional £1.00 for postage. All major credit cards are accepted.
Simply visit the What’s On tab. Online booking carries a transaction fee of £2.00 with an optional £1.00 for postage. At present it is not possible for wheelchair users to book their tickets using the online booking system. If you would like to make a booking and a member of your party is a wheelchair user, please e-mail us (ku.oc.lls@eciffoxob) with your contact details and we’ll get in touch with you to ensure that all of your needs are catered for. Alternately you can call the Box Office direct on 01438 363200. Please ensure that all bookings are correct before confirming as mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date or retrospective discounts given.
Visit our Theatre Box Office in person; we are located on the 1st Floor of the Stevenage Arts & Leisure Centre. There is a £1.50 booking fee for every credit card transaction. Postal Bookings
If booking by post please mark your envelope ‘Box Office’ and make all cheques payable to Stevenage Leisure Limited. If these tickets are to be sent on to you, please add a further £1.00 to cover postal charges. If collected in person, proof of identity may be required.
Where offered, concession prices relate to under 16’s, full-time students, senior citizens, unwaged and the registered disabled. You may be asked for proof of your discount eligibility. A family ticket constitutes four tickets of which at least one must be an adult and one other must be a child.
Babes In Arms (children under the age of 18 months are generally only admitted for children’s shows and at our discretion, and can sit on your lap. A Babe in Arms ticket must be collected from the Box Office before the performance to gain entry to the Theatre.
