The Box Office

The Box Office is open Mon – Fri 10am – 3pm for in person and telephone bookers. Bookings can be made online 24 hours a day. On performance days the Box Office will open 2 hours before the show including weekends and bank holidays.

Telephone

Call our Box Office on 01438 363200 where one of our Sales Advisors will be happy to take your call. All major credit cards are accepted. There is an optional £1.50 charge for postage.

Online

Simply visit the What’s On tab. Online booking carries an optional £1.50 charge for postage. You may also select E-ticket as an alternative to Postage or box office collection. E-Tickets will be emailed to you following your confirmation email to the address registered on your account. E-Tickets can be printed at home or scanned from your mobile device on entering the auditorium. Please have tickets out and ready to be scanned by one of the front of house team to avoid long queues. At present it is not possible for wheelchair users to book their tickets using the online booking system. If you would like to make a booking and a member of your party is a wheelchair user, please e-mail us (moc.evitcaenoyreve@eciffOxoBertaehTgiarCnodroG) with your contact details and we’ll get in touch with you to ensure that all of your needs are catered for. Alternately you can call the Box Office direct on 01438 363200. Please ensure that all bookings are correct before confirming as mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date or retrospective discounts given.

In Person

Visit our Theatre Box Office in person; we are located on the 1st Floor of the Stevenage Arts & Leisure Centre.

Discounts/Concessions

Where offered, concession prices relate to under 16’s, full-time students, senior citizens, unwaged and the registered disabled. You may be asked for proof of your discount eligibility. A family ticket constitutes four tickets of which at least one must be an adult and one other must be a child.

Babes In Arms (children under the age of 18 months are generally only admitted for children’s shows and at our discretion, and can sit on your lap. A Babe in Arms ticket must be collected from the Box Office before the performance to gain entry to the Theatre.

From time to time the theatre will release special offers to its patrons. Terms and Conditions for these offers are as follows:

All tickets are subject to availability and once purchased can not be exchanged or refunded. The offer does not apply to bookings already made nor can it be used in conjunction with any other offer or concession. The management reserves the right to change or withdraw the offer at any time. Offer applies to selected dates only, please contact Box Office for further details.

Gift Vouchers

A Gordon Craig Theatre gift voucher can be purchased for any amount you choose and be redeemed for any live show at the Venue.

Standard Terms & Conditions of Sale

We regret that tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless a performance is cancelled or re-scheduled. Only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Tickets may be accepted for re-sale, once a performance has sold out but there is no guarantee of sale. The face value of re-sold tickets will be held as a credit note on your theatre account and can be used against future ticket purchases. In the case of a re-scheduled performance you will be able to receive either an exchange, credit or refund if you are unable to make the new date. You will receive an email from us advising of the re-scheduled date. It is advisable to keep your contact details up to date. If we have not heard back from you within 4 weeks of the email being sent we will deem you to have accepted the re-scheduled date, after this point our standard terms and conditions agreed to at the point of sale will apply.
