The Stevenage School dance festival is organised by the Stevenage Sporting Futures Team.
Stevenage Sporting Futures Team currently work in partnership with over 30 Primary, Secondary and Additional Needs Schools in Stevenage and the surrounding areas.
Our overarching aim is Creating Opportunities and Raising Aspiration through Sport and Physical Activity whilst providing a broad and varied range of opportunities for all young people to take part in physical activity, sport and leadership and volunteering. Our commitment to support Dance is fulfilled by our festival and was last held in 2016.
2018 is the Seventh occurrence of this bi annual Dance Festival. Each has grown in numbers and quality and this year with our theme 'A Night at the Theatre' it proves to be no exception.
The pupils from Stevenage Primary and Secondary schools performing across the 2 days range from total beginners to gifted and talented dancers, ages 5 to 18. We hope you can join us to witness this great event.
