Swan Lake - a compelling legend of tragic romance

Music by Pyotr I. Tchaikovsky

Featuring an impressive cast and accompanied by a large live Orchestra with over 30 musicians

A princess turned into a swan by an evil curse...

Prince Siegfried falls in love with the White Swan princess, Odette, who is under a magic spell and can only be saved by a man who declares her as his first and only love.

He promises his eternal love but unfortunately he is tricked by Von Rothbart, who casts a spell to make him fall in love with his daughter, Princess Odile (also known as the Black Swan), who closely resembles his love Princess Odette. Under a spell and mesmerised by her beauty, the prince forgets Odette and promises his love to Odile.

The perfect romantic ballet of all time performed to Tchaikovsky's haunting and unforgettable score.

From the impressive splendour of the palace ballroom to the moonlit lake where swans glide in perfect formation, this compelling tale of tragic romance has it all.

Swan Lake is arguably one of the most loved and challenging ballets, not least thanks to Tchaikovsky's instantly recognisable and timeless score, but also the great 'Pas de Deux',' Pas de Quatre' and iconic 'Danse des Petits Cygnes'.

Swan Lake captures, like no other, the full range of human emotions - from hope to despair, from terror to tenderness, from melancholy to ecstasy.
